There was a game many years ago in the famous London club. The game was lively and everyone was getting very involved in the goings on at the table. There were a few tables playing.

On this particular table, a kindly old lady was just facing a large bet from a man. Visibly shaken, she thought and thought until she finally started to push her chips to the middle. Suddenly, she collapsed on the table face down. She was stone cold dead! Other tables looked on in disbelief and stopped their game out of respect.

Meanwhile, the person who had made the bet she was about to call was shouting "SEHE CALLED ME. DID YOU HEAR HER SAY CALL", uninterested in her death, he was very interested in taking down the big pot. A debate ensued on the table until they resolved to give him the money. No one came to the ladies aid for a little while and in the meantime the players decided they would throw a blanket over her and carry on playing. Other tables looked on in disbelief!
